I was referred to The Q by a friend of mine while I was going through a challenging time in my life. My relationship was ending, work was a constant challenge, financial strains, and a number of health concerns presented all at once. Needless to say I was stressed out and open to seeking options. At my first appointment I was greeted by name and offered a cup of tea, this alone was enough to make my day! The massage that followed was unbelievable and I slept for through the night for the first time in over two weeks. I have been coming to The Q for about a year now and have come to know the wonderful practitioners that work there. To say that they are dedicated and passionate about their therapies and clients is clearly obvious. Each time I have an appointment it’s among friends. My body is healing.
